Wayvilo helps people discover rentals, compare options and organize a trip together.
Confirm the booking with the company
Prices are entered manually by rental owners and managers and are not synced live. Property information may be incomplete or supplied by the manager. Review approval is not a property inspection. Verify availability, the final price, cancellation terms and property rules before booking directly with the rental company.
A plan is a shared notebook
Creating a trip does not reserve a home. Expense balances and reimbursements are group notes; Wayvilo does not handle or verify payments. Keep the actual booking confirmation and receipts from the provider.
Share responsibly
Post photos and articles you have permission to share. Respect other travelers’ privacy, do not publish entry codes or receipts on public profiles, and keep comments useful and respectful. Report inaccurate listings or content through the help center.
For rental companies
Supply accurate property details, your own direct booking links and current policies. Enter your actual base direct nightly rate and comparable OTA markups or nightly overrides. Enter all required fees and taxes in the fee editor. List optional extras and refundable deposits separately. Update prices when they change and review them regularly. Wayvilo reserves the right to remove listings with neglected or intentionally understated prices. Repeated offenses may result in a temporary ban from listing. Submissions are reviewed before publication. You remain responsible for your property, reservation system and guest communications.
