Wayvilo policies
Listing Terms
Effective October 15, 2026.
These Listing Terms apply to rental companies, property managers, and owners ("you") who create a company profile or submit listings on Wayvilo. They add to our Terms of Use.
Authority
You confirm that you own or are authorized to market each property you submit and to link to its booking pages, and that you can accept these terms on behalf of your company.
Accurate pricing and information
- Enter your actual direct nightly rates and your comparable OTA prices or markups for the same stay.
- Enter every mandatory fee, such as cleaning, resort, service, or booking fees, in the fee editor so Wayvilo can show a total price. List optional extras and refundable deposits separately.
- Enter the price each booking site actually charges for the same stay. Never raise or estimate a booking site's price to make booking direct look cheaper.
- Update prices whenever they change, and review them regularly even when they stay the same.
- Keep amenities, sleeping arrangements, occupancy, pet policies, and restrictions accurate.
Wayvilo may remove listings with outdated, incomplete, or intentionally understated prices, and may suspend listing access after repeated problems.
Your legal responsibilities
You are responsible for following every law that applies to your rentals, including licenses, permits, occupancy limits, taxes, fee disclosure rules, accessibility, and fair housing laws.
Photos and content
You confirm that you own the photos, text, logos, and other materials you submit, or have permission to use them on Wayvilo. You give Wayvilo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, resize, crop, format, and link to that content to show your listings and company page. The license ends when you remove the content, except for cached copies cleared in the ordinary course.
Listing activity reports
We provide daily totals of views, saves, comparison additions, and booking-link clicks for your properties. Reports never include traveler names, email addresses, or individual browsing records. Do not attempt to identify individual travelers.
Reservations and guests
Bookings happen on your own systems. You are solely responsible for availability, reservations, payments, refunds, guest communication, and the condition and safety of your properties. Wayvilo is not your agent. Listing on Wayvilo is currently free, and Wayvilo does not collect commissions or booking fees.
Review and removal
New listings from unverified companies are reviewed before publication. Verified companies can publish complete new listings, and complete edits to published listings can publish immediately. Staff-hidden listings remain protected. Review is not an inspection or verification of the property. We may decline, reformat, or remove any listing or company page at our discretion.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless Wayvilo and its operator from any claims, losses, and expenses arising from your properties, listings, content, prices, or guest stays, or from your violation of these terms or the law.
Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify the contact email on your company profile before they take effect.
